What belongs in a trade-show brief
Quote the floor, not the shell. The brief needs visitor path, design-to-build ownership, load-in reality, and who chases show-day hand-offs. A pretty shell with no floor owner is an expensive backdrop. Corporate and brand exhibition floors only.
Design is not floor ownership
Design without build-and-run ownership leaves the stand to the aisle. Floor ownership means design-to-build, staffing hand-offs, and a named point of contact on show day. Packages that stop at visuals leave the client integrating vendors in the hall.
Venue rules, load-in, power
Venue rules and load-in windows decide whether the stand opens on time. Write power and access into the plan early. No wattage theatre. The floor either owns the constraints or invents calm after doors open.
Traffic, follow-up, show-day chase
We own floor hand-offs — visitor path, staffing discipline, and the point of contact that keeps the stand working. Follow-up belongs to the client’s sales process; the floor’s job is to land briefed moments and clean hand-offs.
